Mr. Abhishek Aggarwal is President & COO (Chief Operation Officer) at Bharat Rasayan Limited. He has 22+ years of rich experience in Agrochemical Industry.
He is certified from Harvard University, USA in Global Business and from IIM, Ahmedabad in Strategies for Growth. As a techno-commercial, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology & is a double MBA in International Business & Marketing from LBSIM, Delhi and in Plant Protection from Annamalai University, TN. He also holds Diploma in Patent & Infringement from Indian Institute of Law, Delhi and has completed HSK 1 level in Chinese language.
He is responsible for spearheading Strategic Alliance with various MNC companies for Global and Indian market, Corporate Sales, Exports, Global Procurement, Operations, New Product Registration & Development inline to group’s growth objective and bottom-line aspiration.
Mr. Verma is a distinguished finance professional with over 22 years of extensive experience in leadership roles across listed and manufacturing companies. A qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), New Delhi. He also holds a Commerce degree, a Master’s in Business Finance (MBF), and a Level-1 Artificial Intelligence (AI-ICAI) certification. These achievements reflect his dedication to continuous learning and expertise in modern financial practices.
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Bharat Rasayan Limited, Mr. Verma drives the company’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. He is responsible for accounting, finance, taxation, and compliance, ensuring statutory obligations are met and upholding stringent accounting standards for accurate and transparent financial reporting.
Mr. Verma encourages leveraging technology and innovation in financial processes, driving automation to enhance accuracy, streamline accounting and analysis functions, and adopt industry best practices.
His efforts contributed to Bharat Rasayan Ltd receiving the prestigious FE Best CFO Award 2023, presented by Shri Nitin Gadkari, Hon’ble Union Minister of Road Transport & Highways in the Government of India.
A Techno-commercial- Business Manager with Double Postgraduate - M.Sc. (Gold Medallist) specialised - Agrochemicals & Pest Management) from Delhi University and MBA (Marketing & Finance) from Bharti Vidyapeeth Institute of Management and Research, New Delhi. (Affiliated to Bharti Vidyapeeth University. Pune).
He is having more than 18 year+ of work experience in Sales & Marketing. His last assignment was with M/s SYNGENTA INDIA PVT. LTD., Delhi.
Mr. Mahendra Pratap Singh is the Vice President (Research & Development) working with us since 2005. He is MSc Organic chemistry having 30 Years of rich experience in R&D and technology transfer, He is responsible of development of new agro & specialty chemicals, custom synthesis and toll manufacturing activities in the organization.
He has been in forefront of creating product processes & quality improvements at Bharat. He is heading the department and responsible for entire gamut of R&D work, also responsible to ensure to align and the R&D work with organization goal.
Prior to joining us, he was associated with Sudarshan-Pune.
Ms. Nikita Chadha, Fellow Company Secretary from ICSI and holding Bachelor of Law Degree. Holding more than 7 years of rich experience in Secretarial Operations, Corporate Governance, Legal Affairs. Previously worked in M/s BLB Commodities Limited (Wholly Owned Subsidiary of BLB Limited, A Listed Company which was listed at NSE and BSE) as a Company Secretary.
Shouldering the responsibilities of performing Secretarial Functions, ensuring corporate law compliances including rules and regulations under the Companies Act, SEBI & Corporate Laws, etc. which support the institution of sound corporate governance practices into the company.
Ms. Manishi Agarwal has about 3 decades of experience across various industries and labs with expertise in data generation and regulatory affairs for Agrochemical products. She holds a Doctorate degree and double Post-graduation degree in Chemistry. She is working with Bharat Group since 2012 and responsible for the global registrations of the pesticide formulation and technical grade products by demonstrating the required data and studies with internationally agreed test guidelines to meet the regulatory standards of various countries.
She previously worked with Jai Research Foundation (A GLP certified pre-clinical Contract Research Organization established by the promoters of UPL Limited) as Assistant Director in Chemistry Department.
Mr. Sachin Garg is the General Manager ( Information Technology ) of Bharat Group. He has 24 years of rich experience in the Information Technology area related to ERP Implementation ( SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics Axapta etc. ) & complete IT Infrastructure Management.
As a techno-functional, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computers Science from British Columbia University, Vancouver, Canada & PGDIT in Information Technology from Symbiosis Pune.
He is responsible to drive the Information Technology function in Bharat Group. Earlier he was associated with companies like Wings Biotech, Minda Corporation Limited, Salora International Limited & Hewlett Packard India Ltd.
Qualified MSW & MBA-HR with over 17 years of Strategic HR & Core IR experience in leading Multi industry and multi-location manufacturing units of repute (in Automotive Components and HVAC industries) manages the overall HR & IR matters of BRL.
