Agnis Finewaters Pvt. Ltd. and/or its partner substances have the sole caution to give the payment term. The payment should be first received by Agnis Finewaters Pvt. Ltd. and/or its partner substances before its acknowledgment of a request. There is no credit given or settled upon. The payment will be made by Credit/Debit Cards or Net banking or UPI or other payment modes like G-Pay, Paytm, and so on as it were. As of now, Cash on Delivery (COD) alternative isn't accessible for any items purchased in theirs Aquafina portable application. Agnis Finewaters Pvt. Ltd. and/or its partners. Group companies , etc. have the authority to drop or deny orders due to any errors. Any mistakes during payment ought to be arranged by the client/customer with the concerned payment gateways. Agnis Finewaters Pvt. Ltd. and/or its partner substances are not answerable for any default or error by the Client/User /Customer .
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OR CANCELLATION OR RETURN OR JAR USAGE POLICY
(A) Refundable Deposit
Refundable Deposit is applicable only for specific brands (20L Water). Customers will be able to identify such brands clearly whilst placing their orders. For all other brands, there is no deposit, but customer has to pay Usage Fee for getting jars from This Usage Fee is Non-Refundable. For details, please refer the below section D.
Customers can initiate Refund from their Order History.
Whenever a customer wants refund of the deposit, customer has to initiate a refund request on the application. It is reviewed and paid only if the following conditions are met:-
(a) Customer has to return the empty jars in the same condition as received from Agnis Finewaters Pvt. Ltd. or it’s Sellers/ Distributors .
(b) Customer has to request a refund within 60 days from the last order placed on the application. Customers forfeit their rebate if they did not place any order for 60 days from their last order.
(iv) Agnis Finewaters Pvt. Ltd. deducts 20% from the original deposit amount towards processing, depreciation charges and pay the balance to customer.
(v) The processing of refund (after deducting the processing charge incurred) will take maximum 15 working days from the day of refund initiation.
(vi) Jars used with other beverage, materials, liquid or gases is not permitted and those cans cannot be accepted for refund. The jars will be examined by the Vendor / Seller during pickup of empty jars and it is sole discretion and sole decision of Agnis Finewaters Pvt. Ltd/ Vendor / Seller.
(v) The processing of refund (after deducting the processing charge incurred) will take maximum 15 working days from the day of refund initiation.
(vii) Unless a proof of deposit (either invoice/receipt, SMS or email) is provided, customer will not get refund. Under no circumstances, refund is given without returning the empty jars to Agnis Finewaters Pvt. Ltd. or Vendor / Seller.
(viii) Refund is given only to customers who have deposited with Agnis Finewaters Pvt. Ltd. Under no circumstances, refund is given to customers who did not deposit with us.
(ix) Regarding refund requested during delivery due to partial or full cancellation by customer:
In case, during delivery at door step, customer wants to cancel the delivery due to non availability of empty jars or whatever reasons, Agnis Finewaters Pvt. ltd. can cancel the order and refund the order amount after deducting service charge. The remaining amount will be credited to customer wallet and the same can be utilized for subsequent orders. The customer is liable to pay service charge despite cancellation of order because delivery team has already incurred cost of logistics. Agnis neither pays cash nor transfer online cash to customers/clients/buyers
NO RETURN POLICY
(i)Once the products/water-filled jar is booked, sold and delivered to the customers/clients, thereafter it cannot returned to Agnis Finewaters Pvt. Ltd. under any circumstances due to quality reasons .
(a) Customer ordering the jars/containers need to restore the empty containers/jars in a similar good condition as they received from Agnis Finewaters Pvt. Ltd. and/or it's Sellers and if there is any defect/error found in the said jar/container which was not there before it got delivered then Agnis or its sellers/distributors would not take it back and the Customer/Client will have to pay for the cost of the said jar/container.
(a)(a) Customer ordering the jars/containers need to restore the empty containers/jars in a similar good condition as they received from Agnis Finewaters Pvt. Ltd. and/or it's Sellers and if there is any defect/error found in the said jar/container which was not there before it got delivered then Agnis or its sellers/distributors would not take it back and the Customer/Client will have to pay for the cost of the said jar/container.
(c) Customer has to request a refund within 60 days from the last order placed with Agnis Finewaters Pvt. Ltd. or it’s partners, associates , group companies. Customers forfeit their rebate if they did not place any order for 60 days from their last order. Jars utilized with other refreshment, materials, fluid or gases isn't allowed and those jars can't be acknowledged for refund.
(B) Cancellation
Cancellation charge is applicable as follows:
(i) If Customer cancels the order where the delivery has not started yet, then 3% deduction is applicable from your total Order value.
(ii) Customer can request to cancel the order (calling our customer care support) where the delivery has already started and in-transit, then the full delivery charge per quantity will be deducted from their total Order value.
(iii)On the other hand if the Manufacturer Agnis Finewaters Pvt. Ltd. cancels any order during delivery due to some reason then applicable charges shall be borne by them .
Jar Usage Policy
The overall market cost of a void empty jar is roughly Rs. 100/-. AGNIS FINEWATERS PVT. LTD./ Varahi Group Companies have a mechanism of Jar Usage choice for their clients under which clients follow through on lesser than the market cost for their Usage as it were. Simultaneously, the void Empty Jar is the property of the Seller(s)/Agnis Finewaters Pvt. Ltd. who provided at clients entryway step subsequently clients are at risk/responsible/answerable for the empty jars got through this choice/approach. On the off chance that clients have not submitted requests least of 2 orders for every month for a very long time, at that point the Seller(s) reserve all options to come and gather the empty jars from the clients. DELIVERY POLICY
Agnis Finewaters Pvt. Ltd. endeavours to convey the 20 ltr. Jars bought through its Application in good condition and in most ideal time. We convey 7 days, timings from 07:00 AM to 08:00 PM. An affirmation SMS and/or Email might be notified by concerned modes to you, when you enroll as a part. In a similar way, warnings may likewise be sent if your request has been denied.
The time-slot mentioned is just an indication of the delivery in the range of time and the Company is not committing to deliver at any exact or specific time requested by any customer. We will make every effort to deliver within the time-slot stated in your order, but the Company will not be liable for any possible loss caused by late delivery.
20 ltr. jars are available for delivery within the areas are mentioned in the application only. 20 ltr. Jars as mentioned in the application are readily available for sale as long as they are on stock. Any buyer shall be notified through Email or by phone for orders which cannot be fulfilled for the time being. The 20 ltr. Jars are delivered daily except on public holidays declared by the government .
PRICING POLICY
The 20 ltr. Jar price of Rs. 100 per jar displayed on our application includes the full retail price listed on the 20 ltr. jar itself, and is estimated in accordance with standard industry practice or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere and it also includes Delivery / Handling Charges from our Warehouse to Customer locations. Agnis Finewaters Pvt. Ltd. and / or its associate entities and group companies do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
Agnis FinewatersPvt. ltd. and / or its associate entities/Varahi Group Companies may at any time modify the Terms & Conditions of Use of the application without any prior notification to you. You can access the latest version of these Terms & Conditions at any given time on the mobile application. You should regularly review the Terms & Conditions. In the event the modified Terms & Conditions is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the Service. However, if you continue to use the Service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified Terms & Conditions of Use of this mobile application.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RIGHTS
Users/Customers/Clients hereby acknowledge that all rights, titles and interests, including but not limited to rights covered by the intellectual property rights, patents, copyrights in and to the site, and that you will not acquire any right, title, or interest in or to the program except as expressly set forth in this agreement. TERMINATION
This User Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by Agnis Finewaters Pvt. ltd., who may terminate this User Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the application, Such termination will be without any liability to Agnis Finewaters Pvt. , Varahi Group Companies , its subsidiaries, etc. Upon any termination of the User Agreement, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this application, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the User Agreement or otherwise. Agnis Finewaters Pvt. Ltd, right to any Comments shall survive any termination of this User Agreement.
